We’ve worked in close creative partnership with Northwest Church for well over a decade. As their community has grown, so has the scope of work we’ve provided for them. We developed their brand identity as a church while helping grow their brand awareness across the greater Orlando area and Central Florida. We’ve consistently made the creative work stand out by staying on the edge of innovation while continually improving abilities. It energizes us to do good work for a good cause while connecting to a multi-generational audience.
The brand development for Northwest began with a logomark that established a simple, bold, and iconic identity for them to use across their marketing materials. A fresh brand guide defined the new visual Northwest standard for both external and internal communications. We also diversified their brand identity to seamlessly transition across both print and digital mediums. From social to signage and everywhere in between.
We distinctly built out the sub-brands of Northwest to create additional entry points for new and existing members to get more involved in the church’s community. Doing so provided a more distinct identity to the different ministries which drove more awareness and helped contribute to an uptick in increased participation.
Events at Northwest happen all of the time. From dance performances and summer camps to fundraising campaigns and standout Sunday services. Our event marketing strategy focused on spreading awareness and driving more attendees to grow attendance in-person and online.
Not only do we help name the events, write for them, and market them, but we also design the collateral for the individual events as well. At any given event, our handiwork has been displayed in the form of posters, flyers, signage, and the apparel worn by organizers and the attendees. The work we’ve done for their monthly sermon series is also evidence of the consistent frequency in which our art department produces stunning work.
Part of building a church for generations includes adopting digital marketing strategies that both retain and attract members. We accomplished this through precise targeting efforts and social graphics galore. Northwest’s social media growth across platforms is evidence of our successes following our acquisition of over 8,500 followers across social platforms. We helped also reduce their Google ads cost by 92% while increasing their CTR by 133%.
Another big win that we achieved for Northwest included obtaining a Google Grant, meaning, we secured a grant that provided $10,000 of free Google ad-spend to their monthly digital marketing. This also provided the G Suite of tools and resources, reducing expenses.
Our digital communications for Northwest have included countless digital touchpoints. It all started with a massive website to centralize information. Then, we built an app to for the whole church to conveniently access with a tap and to receive notifications. Since then, we’ve helped organize communications further using a customized marketing stack to streamline processes, while continuing to connect more people to Northwest along their journey.
