A rare and historic place founded by the Rockefellers, Dorado Beach had gone through extensive transformation over the decades, presenting us with some unique challenges in updating their brand presence in an online world. PH3 provided strategic and creative services that covered everything from lifestyle video creation to interactive real estate tours, bringing this special 1,400-acre island paradise to life in the digital world.

Completely re-imagined, the website was created to give the visitor as much of the experience as possible at Dorado Beach by use of Video, Photography and Virtual Tours across all devices. It needed to accomplish 3 goals in one site: Communicate the resort/living lifestyle, sell real estate offerings and act as the private club website as well. The end result was a flexible framework for tracking all their sales and marketing needs that didn't sacrifice branding and lifestyle themes through out. Upon launch, there was an immediate boost of traffic by 35% and a steady increase thereafter to reach nearly 200% within the following year.
Who doesn't love free beer? We enjoyed working with our friends at Dorado Beach so much, we decided to craft a new beer and packaging to celebrate the launch of the new creative campaigns. Sweet, coconutty success.
